Like specific numbers vs “ doing well.” I was told that he would go over all the specifics and details virtually, as they appeared on the screen. But he didn’t. Said hello virtually then came in to look at my eyes. I’m used to more interaction and information exchange. Lara, on the other hand was wonderful!

A few things need to be changed.
No one called to confirm appointment and never mentioned you do need a driver after the preliminary tests and dilation of your eyes, could have been dangerous driving home if you were not aware of the side effects...
