I made a phone call seeking information and reached Alex. When seeking new medical, dental or personal services the first phone conversation makes a big difference! Alex was especially kind and informative that day. She suggested I come in for a meeting and visit with Dr Tiano. We had an informative and friendly conversation on my initial visit. Dr Tiano welcomed questions and was interested to hear my goals for dental care including my desire to keep costs at a minimum. There was a small blemish on a front tooth that I thought was the beginning of a serious problem. It was not a concern at all and he offered to buff out the surface crack at no cost. I have now had a cleaning and exam by Greta and a couple of crowns placed. Office manager Heidi gave me an estimation of projected costs and suggested the benefits of the in-house costs savings plan. Marsh Cove Dental is the place for me.

First visit to establish with a dentist in Florida. Dr. Tiano is very professional and did an excellent job on the root canal and making a new bridge.

Office is very clean and up to date. Staff is very friendly and helpful in working through all the insurance confirmation.

I had some work done by my previous dentist a few days earlier and the pain kept getting worse and i found out I could'nt get back into that office for 4 or 5 days so i walked into the new dentist office that I had seen and much to my surprise they took me in within a few minutes. The infection had gotten so bad had the doctor not squeezed me in I would have probably would have ended up in the emergency room. they ended up doing a root canal and it was totally pain free and professional.
