I had had a negative experience with a surgeon, and after 3 months of no relief I finally made an appointment with Dr. Cabaret. His staff is great (patient and responsive) and the doctor spends as much time as you need, and he explains the issues in laymen's terms. I ended up having a PRP injection and a few months of physical therapy, and I am 95% better!

I have lived with agonizing TMJ (Jaw joint) pain for over 20 years.
It has greatly impacted my life and has limited what i can eat and when the pain is at its worst Im almost unable to function.

I felt so reassured after my appointment with Dr. Cabaret. I am having pain in my neck, which turned out to be mild arthritis. I've been doing physical therapy for about 1 month. I was asking about a possible injection. He was honest with me and said that he thought I should stick with the physical therapy for a little while longer before doing an injection. He said arthritis is something to be managed, that it will not go away (which is what the physical therapist also said). He said he would do the injection if I wanted, but his advice would be to learn how to manage my arthritis by learning exercises that would support my neck. After the appointment, he gave me 3 handouts with resources to learn about managing my pain, from ergonomics about my desk, to healthy eating, to meditation. He could have just prescribed me pain pills or sold me on an injection, but he really cared about me as a person and my situation. Best control of pain I have had in 23 years. When I met Dr Cabaret I immediately liked him because he listened. I have had many stimulator’s since my back injury and was not really happy with any of them. Dr Cabaret got a Nevro stimulator in and I have never been happier. He did a great job on the surgery and I Took an Alaskan cruise six days after the surgery. Never had any problems and my pain is much more controlled now. I’ve been seeing Dr. Cabaret for apprx 10 years now and have the highest regard for him. I have medical issue that require pain management and I find that Dr. Cabaret is always knowledgeable on current treatments and medications, he has a lot of ideas! One course of treatment that has given me immense relief is the epidurals I receive for my cervical problems. For me, just the thought of having a huge needle stuck into your spine is very off putting to say the least but I’ve now lost count of how many cervical epidurals Dr. Cabaret has given me over the last 10 years and each time he’s hit the mark! I trust him explicitly to always do his best for me. I have to give a shout out to his staff also, they do their jobs with professionalism but are so nice. The Verti-Flex procedure cleared up lower back pain from sciatica and spinal canal arthritis that has been bothering me badly the past few years. The insertion of the verti-flex between L4 and L5 has worked great, I can say just 2 months since having it done. I felt it was working already in the first week! The addition of some simple physical therapy has enhanced the results. I highly recommend this procedure and Dr Cabaret, who is an expert at doing it.

Went to see Dr Caberet for chronic pain from a motorcycle accident. My neck is fused and my lower back I wouldn't let anyone touch. After coming through a series of pain treatments and physical therapies Dr Caberet treated me with suboxone. I have been living pain free for several months after 11 years of living with constant pain. Caberet's moods can be sometimes unpredictable but he is a workable and well-meaning doctor.
