“DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!”
This doctor is the most unorganized and UN-attentive practitioner I have ever seen or even heard of. After throwing several medications at me that did not work he simply referred me to a chronic pain specialist BUT reduced my care and medications that were working prior to the referral going through.
