“All Talk and No Action”
I was referred to Dr. Fletcher by my GP for some reflux issues I was having. I'm surprised his doors haven't been widened to fit is ego-swelled head. He's got certificates and degrees galore hanging next to the intestinal disease poster in his lobby, so I felt like he knew his stuff, and he in fact seemed pretty knowledgeable. But, he seemed awful smug through the entire ordeal, greeting me with "You're awfully young to be seeing a gastroenterologist!"
