I had my ears pinned by this surgeon because it had been a source of embarrassment to me for a long time. The outcome was less than desirable, with lots of scarring behind my ears and a lack of symmetry once healed. I presented these problems to Dr. Kiener, hoping he would stand by his work and present some alternatives. Instead, Dr. Kiener referred to me as a "B**ch" and told me to "Go someplace else if I wasn't happy with his work."
