Dr Nieelson described to my husband and I that I had between a stage III to IV renal cell carcinoma. She pushed hard and fast for a partial Nephrectomy. She offered no alternative treatment options. When I personally was able to review my MRI and CT scan results the radiologist impressions and report indicated I had a complex cyst that was primarily fluid filled with a mural nodule.
