Our insurance coordinators deal with many different insurance companies. Some companies offer many different dental and medical plans. Some companies combine dental and medical coverage. This insurance alphabet soup changes policies and guidelines weekly. We will submit your insurance claims for you, however this is an estimate of benefits. We are third party to insurance carriers. All fees are patients responsibility, however we will make a good forth effort to prepare your claims and receive payment. Patients will be responsible for all outstanding fees. It is our policy that payment is due at the time of Service. We accept cash, checks, and Mastercard, Visa as credit cards for payment. We also accept CareCredit & CitiCard. We will require a deposit to reserve your surgical appointment. Please be aware that the parent bringing the child to our office is responsible for payment of all charges.
