After reading all the pre-surgery documents, I was so stressed-out about having this face lift, that I nearly cancelled, knowing I didn't need it all THAT bad! But I decided it's now or never so on the morning of surgery, I was not surprised when the admitting nurse told me my blood pressure was very high! Dr. Garcia arrived, we spoke and within minutes I was on the "slice-n-dice" table, calm and feeling as though I was in very experienced hands! That was exactly 2 weeks ago! I am now wearing full make-up and just had lunch with two girl friends who did not know I had surgery at all! During my recovery, I took one-half pain pill the night of surgery and never took another.
