“BAD experience”
I drive from Fort Lauderdale to West Palm because I like Dr Rathbun, and my experience with her was a pleasant one. However, every time i call for an appointment the medical administrative team is RUDE. They are not nice over the phone, and are worse in person. I scheduled an appointment for 8AM, so i could make it back to Lauderdale for work at 11AM. I made sure I was there 20 minutes early, so i could leave early for work.
