“Unprofessional, lacks any patient manner!”
I was referred to this office for a full mouth extraction. When I made the appointment, I was clear in stating that I was requesting a full mouth extraction. The prior morning, the appointment was confirmed; the receptionist went as far as making sure I knew I was not having anesthesia, but local Novocain. I arrived early for my appointment, completed the intake paperwork, had an xray, and saw the doctor. He stated that he was not removing any teeth because they are all healthy. Health teeth to this professional include three prior root canals, three teeth with posts and temporary caps, in which two are filed down and one is cracking in half. He also evaluated me for TMJ, stated I have the signs and symptoms for TMJ, but could not tell me who I should see for this.
