My mom went to dr shaheen for her lipo and her hernia because a different doctor messed her up and he did such such such such an AMAZING job i love his work and im not afraid of my mom going to him for her other surgeries the other doctor that messed her up left her in bad conditions and made her stay in the hospital for so many days but with shaheen she was out of the hospital THE SAME DAY and had no problems whatsoever

I had a small lipoma (fatty cell) on the top of my forehead – probably had it for over a year. So I decided to get it removed. Originally, I went to a dermatologist who said he’d be able to remove it for me. Spoke to my wife about it and she insisted I get it removed with a plastic surgeon and not a dermatologist, since it’s on my face. A close friend of mine highly recommended I go see Dr. Kenneth Shaheen....he was a patient of his years ago and said he was amazing. I scheduled an appointment and saw him last month. The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Shaheen explained what I had (same explanation as the dermatologist – so that made me feel good) and then explained the surgical treatment. I felt very comfortable speaking with him. He was kind and informative. The surgery was done last week at Beaumont Hospital (out-patient). It’s been a week since my procedure and I went to see Dr. Shaheen for my post-op. The healing is coming along well and the scarring is very minimal (just a small line). I’d def recommend Dr. Shaheen – very good experience. Bashar
