Where do I start? On our first visit, the "nurse" (I don't know what her credentials were because nobody in the office wears name tags and they all wear street clothes, so you can't tell who is who.) didn't even have the sense to ask my son's allergies or medications. Once when I called for a sick appointment the RECEPTIONIST tried to diagnose him over the telephone.
