“Office Staff severely lacking in patient/customer service”
I have found Dr. Braverman to be a good & caring doctor, but the office support staff is very disappointing to work with and has made me question my decision to continue going to her. You rarely get to talk to a live person other than the receptionist, who cannot leave her desk or assist you other than to put you into voicemail. It takes weeks to get a referal, if you ever do get it and it is usually only after you call and leave messages on the referral line.
