“Doctor Voss is the best around”

I have been to many orthopedic surgeons trying to get help for my knees. A friend said I should see Dr. Voss, and now I wouldn't go to anyone else! He is amazing: kind, compassionate, and willing to answer all my questions before the appointment was over. When he did the surgery, all the nurses said they wouldn't use anyone else, and that other surgeons often asked for Dr. Voss' help with difficult surgeries. “Unbelievably Bad Experience”

Although Dr. Voss is listed as having a practice in Boulder, in fact, his office is 25 minutes away in Lafayette, a not-so-minor tidbit his office staff failed to inform me of beforehand. I showed up at the Boulder office -- where his name is emblazoned in brass near the front door -- 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and was told by the attendant that he NEVER sees patients at that office.
