You cannot lose (except pounds) if is you follow one of the many plans she offers. She has even helped me with other medical issues. When my primary care doctor didn't think my vitamin D levels were low (they were so low it hurt when someone touched me) Dr. Briones recognized the deficiency immediately and put me on prescription vit D. I came to Dr.Briones after having messed up my hormones presumably due to my stupid experimentation with anabolic steroids as a youth. Once I got off the steroids I lost al of my muscle mass, my mood was never the same confidence and my libido was extinct. While many other doctors tempted me and told me I should take testosterone again to fix the problem, Dr.Briones disagreed and found a more healthy natural solution, she listens and truly is a great doctor!
