When I went to meet with Dr. Bush in 2018, he had reviewed my past medical history and my recent struggle with infertility. After discussing this with me and listening to my story through my perspective as a patient, Dr. Bush made his recommendations for my IVF protocol. With one cycle of IVF, we now have out 16 month old son.
Throughout the process, the entire staff worked together to help us with our IVF process. When you walk in the door the front staff is very friendly and remembers you by name. That carries through to the lab techs, ultrasound techs, and embriologists that work with you throughout your IVF cycle. My IVF nurse Lindsay stayed in close contact with me and always got back to me so quickly with questions.
I can't say enough great things about this clinic and Dr. Bush. I feel without his expertise I still would not be able to be a mom. For that I will forever be thankful.

“He knows his stuff!”

At first I was hesitant with his diagnosis and he is very "to the point" type, which I like, but he didn't give us a very good probability if conceiving naturally, but he knows his stuff! Everything he said was spot on and he even did extra testing. He is very confident in his work and he has ever right to be. It worked the first try!! We only talked to him once and then I ran into him once in the elevator, you do all your dealings with the nurses, but he is very knowledge and reviews all your tests.
The biggest struggle I had with the office is their lack of communication with billing. Don't get me wrong, they helped out when you asked them and were very willing to be a support and help with working with insurance companies etc, but you had to ask first. There was always a surprise bill I received in the mail and I am still paying on some random bills that were not covered under the large lump sum they require. Beware with the extra costs not discussed.

Dr Bush is all business which would be a little off-putting since this is a very emotional experience. That being said, he's proven himself to be a stellar doctor and we experienced no issues in his care. We're very happy with the results from working with Dr. Bush.

Speaking for the female in the relationship, she wants a little more of that. But as we say... it really just comes down to RESULTS! ... so who cares about the rest. and maybe the nurses and rest of staff kind of bring more of that charisma, so its a fair balance overall
