Awful experience! This is a great example of how even if you may be a decent medical diagnostician, you can ruin your reputation by not actively listening to patients concerns,being abrasive and short with patients and lacking good people skills. I should note, I have been patient of this particular practice for a few years and have been pleased, up until now.
