“Tired of Waiting”
Was referred by my family doctor for a sleep test. The scheduling of the initial sleep test was normal. The sleep technician was a very nice young man. He told me that I would have my results in 7-10 days. I asked business days or regular days. He said regular days. 13 days after my sleep test I called Dr. Thomas' office, the lady on the phone informed me that they had not been able to review my file yet. They have been extra busy. Dr. Thomas has to work from home to catch up. I called again the next week and they said I have to come back in for a sleep test and would have to pay for it again so they could "adjust" the CPAP machine for the proper pressure. I asked to have the results sent to another Doctor. He reviewed the file and prescribed me a CPAP machine without a second test. Very difficult doctor to work with!
Practice At 5323 Woodrow St - 5323 Woodrow St
This is a quality clinic. The support staff were friendly, professional, and provided all the necessary information required for my uncertain situation in 2014. Dr. Thomas has been very thorough with me and spent a lot time explaining things to me aiding me to make informed decisions. The technician performing the EEG was professional and kind. This group inspires confidence and shows the kind of caring you would expect from health care professionals.
