“No communication”
This is an example of a really bad doctor. Dr. Payne requested more than one test for thyroid Cancer. Never once did she call to give me the results of any of the test. Not only that, she did a very negligent follow-up> While at work Dr. Payne called me after I called once again to get my test results after the many test she sent me to.
