Additionally, I was provided quick and accurate financial details regarding insurance and patient costs. Their concern for me never wavered from my first appointment through my last. Dr. Miao performed knee surgery in 2008 on a devastated knee. Within one year, I climbed a major mountain. This February I again had surgery by him, but this time on a very painful shoulder that I injured 15 years ago. Within a week the pain was gone, and now I have full use of this shoulder. He is an amazing surgeon and a warm human being.

I was recommended to see Dr. Miao for my shoulder injury. I had heard he was one of the best in the Valley. My MRI showed a labral tear from 1100-500. Dr. Miao explained to me that he wasn't sure if I would need any anchors put in until he could take a look.
