“Over Charge specialist”
Saw Dr. Starr after a 5 year period at a local clinic he visits once a month. I came in complaining of chronic shoulder pain and after a 15 minute appointment he gave me a very painful cortisone shot and sent me for Xray's and blood test. I never got a call back with any of the results and when I got my bill in addition to all the treatment charges was a $275 charge for new patient set up. When I called to complain I was told that after 5 years I was considered a new patient. I think this is outrageous and should not be allowed to happen!
