Dr Tom was AMAZING! I was referred here by my sons Pediatrician, along with another Doctor. I’m so glad that I chose Dr Tom. I chose him after reading reviews online about him. Although, the wait was a little longer than usual. He did apologize. My son is five. I was concerned he would be nervous and crying after he stated he needed to numb his nose and insert an instrument in order to complete his test. He explained to my son exactly what he was doing. Once he was done with the examination. He explained everything to me with a diagram. My husband was unable to attend the appointment. Dr Tom allowed me to record the diagnosis of him explaining what exactly was causing my son to have issues when sneezing. I have never been to a Doctor who was as nice, patient and overall just explained everything in terms that I was able to understand. Dr Toms assistant was also extremely nice.

I had sinus pain, an irritated throat, and an episode of vertigo. Dr. Tom gave me a thorough examination, referred to my sinus issues during my previous visit, and explained what was causing my discomfort. He gave me suggestions on how to alleviate my discomfort. He did not rush me through my visit, and was clear and concise in explaining how to alleviate my pain.
