“Great Dr, lousy staff”
Since moving to a new location, the service level has dropped and their scheduling dept is a joke. Dr Wisser is a great Dr, but his staff is incompetent and caused me to find a new Dr.
Your time is not important and I was left waiting for 30-45 mins past my scheduled time on every visit. What's worse, they never told you they were running behind when you checked in......they just let you sit there.
