She helps me understand myself and points me to tools or gives me resources to have a better quality of life. I highly recommend her as a therapist. Her down to earth and caring manner are a blessing to me along with her sense of humor. I also experience chronic pain which having a person that helps me cope with everyday life has been a element I wish I had access to my entire life.
