I have spoken to Dr. Mobashar on a few occassions regarding the medical condition of my brother, who is incarcerated. Dr. Mobashar is very rude, and he doesn't care about givivng the inmates the medical care that they need. My brother was in excrutiating pain with a hernia for over a year and Dr. Mobashar continued to deny him surgery and continued to tell me that nothing was wrong with my brother, he was only seeking attention from my family.
