The two front desk ladies were courteous and professional. I arrived at 3pm for a 3:20pm appointment and consequently seen at 4pm. After being mistakenly taken to an occupied room I was placed in a room for 30 minutes. At no point was I checked on during the wait. I left the room to seek out someone to ask if the doctor knew I was waiting. The medical assistant took me she knew but was with a patient, the other one blurted she was talking to a doctor. Dr. Keenan solved the mystery of the weird sounds in my right ear very quickly--The Case of the Hair of the Dog That Bit Me. Two of my dog's hairs had somehow gotten nestled up against my ear drum. It took maybe three minutes. I might well have left then, and would have if my schedule was tight, but since I was in no hurry and overdue for a hearing test, I stuck around for the audiologist to test me (I don't have her name, but she was excellent as well). Worth making sure nothing was wrong.

I am legally blind. When I asked for assistance signing in I was told that I could not receive any assistance. i asked if the ipad program could be inverted so I could see it better, the answer was no. If it weren't for the help of another patient I would not have been allowed to see my doctor. I left this office ashamed and embarrassed for being a person with a disability. However, I was very happy with my visit with Dr. Keenan, I am not sure the embarrassment is worth it
“Wonderful doctor - NOT ADA friendly office”
I am legally blind. When I asked for assistance signing in I was told that I could not receive any assistance. i asked if the ipad program could be inverted so I could see it better, the answer was no. If it weren't for the help of another patient I would not have been allowed to see my doctor. I left this office ashamed and embarrassed for being a person with a disability. However, I was very happy with my visit with Dr. Keenan, I am not sure the embarrassment is worth it

There is one negative. I create, test, analyze ergonomics, Ease of Use and Usability for consumer products, am an Electronics Engineer, and I work for the #1 company in the world in this specialized field - The point is that I know what I'm talking about. The touchscreen tablet I used to check in was great. The only problem with it is there should be more user friendly instructions at the end of the questionnaire that tell you what to do next. There were 6 different pages that all look exactly alike that you have to go through. So, the message should say how many identical pages you have to respond to. I did 3 pages, clicked "Continue" and was back at the identical looking page. I got help from the administrator who told me I had to do it 6 times. She was very helpful. Perhaps make each page a different color or looks different - - I admit I didn't read them so if there was anything in the text that made them different, I didn't see it. Dr. Keenan is a great listener and nice person.

Dr Natasha Keenan was my 91 yr old mother's doctor. She took care of her ear problem. After prescribing her medication she contacted us to let us know the pharmacy didn't have her medication. She gave us an alternative OTC medication and asked for name of another pharmacy.

I had a very positive experience. The wait was short, action was taken immediately (a hearing test) and options were discussed. I made choices about my own treatment, and the physician understood and respected my decisions. My only critique was a recommendation for a test that would not be necessary given my history and the current explanation of my condition. But I would definitely give this provider an A and would see her again.
