Luckily I was able to be scheduled with Dr. Monaco just a day after my original date of surgery was canceled due to the initial doctor resigning. My experience with Dr Monaco and his Team was excellent. I broke my wrist and have a 10 month old baby. I was visibly emotionally upset by not being able to do daily functions and take care of my Daughter. Dr Monaco not only made me feel better about the situation by just listening to me, he also fixed me right up with minimal scaring. It only took me 2-3 months to heal with his amazing staff and physical therapists. I have my range of motion back, a small scare and ready to get back to normal life thanks to Dr Monaco.

Had a minor wrist accident and ended up with Dr Monaco for my follow up. Went to his office and had xrays. Found out I had a fractured wrist and was given the option of either surgery or a cast. I choose surgery. He also did my surgery. He did a wonderful job. I am back to normal usage of my wrist. Dr Monaco has a great personality and is very caring and understanding. Great bedside manner. I would highly recommend him and his staff!!!

Was expecting a lot of pain based on experience with a surgery on the other wrist years ago. By the time the numbing went away the pain was manageable with the pain meds of which I only needed them for two days. I feel confident I will have 100% use after I am completely healed. My only regret is that I procrastinated having the surgery. It feels amazing to have use of my thumb again.

I had a garage door spring let loose and almost cut of my thumb and crushed my finger. Dr. Manaco and his team created a miracle and saved my hand. I was completely amazed after he performed surgery, that not only did he save all of my fingers and thumb,but I had so quickly regained so much use of my injured hand. I could not tell you enough how lucky I am to have Dr. Monaco choose to do my surgery. God was looking out for me when he sent me Dr. Monaco.

dr monaco made the experience of having surgery swift and easy. I also experienced no pain throughout the entire process of post surgery and physical therapy. He's a very nice guy and makes something like a traumatic experience seem fine.

Dr. Monaco treated me for a random common injury to my right ring finger- slamming it in filing cabinet with a cut that became infected with staph- that turned into a very serious situation as the infection migrated into the bone causing the bone to erode some in the tip. At one point there was even the possibility that I could lose the tip of my finger to stop the infection from spreading. After 3 surgeries from the start and a long high dose of antibiotics, Dr. Monaco was able to save the tip of my finger from being amputated- ultimately Dr. Monaco had to place a screw in my finger to help the bones fuse together and keep the finger tip straight and reinforced -which he did successfully and I am now extremely happy with the outcome and have almost full use of my finger! You would never know from looking at it all that it went through to get it to the great place it is today! I cannot say enough positive and great things about Dr. Monaco and the staff working with him- awesome!

Dr. Monaco was absolutely the best. First of all, he's nice to look at! He listened and remembered things from one visit to the next. He was caring. He explained everything in a way that I didn't have to pretend that I knew what he was saying but didn't talk down to me. And the result was great so he obviously knew what he was doing. (This was not a common surgery -- he had to repair the radius bone and put a metal end on the bone and create a new ligament.)

My son had his hand cut accidentally. Dr Monaco got him right in for an exam and into surgery the next day. He was able to repair both tendons that had been completely severed. It is now approx. 10 weeks after surgery and my son has healed exceptionally well and is almost back to where he was before the injury already (more will come with time).
