He is at-ease discussing what he is comfortable treating and what is not comfortable treating and what should be referred to a specialist. Simple today; only had cleaning and check, but last time, he had to replace a quite difficult crown which had popped off, but was difficult to get back on, then difficult to remove so he had to use some special "jolly Rancher" type stuff to make it sticky, and it pulled another crown with it. But, he was so patient and calm, just worked methodically and got the job done. Then it has been perfect, a perfect fit, no trouble, and no popping off again.
