Dr. Prufer, and my experience with all of the allergy nurses has been great, but I return to this location because of the front desk (namely Dana) who is beyond wonderful. She takes the time to explain things to patients and help them with any difficulties they may have understanding the procedures/insurance breakdowns/ medications/etc. She treats each patient equally and genuinely cares about giving them the help they need. She is a rare find in this industry which has become quite jarring for patients.

I went to see him for a problem in my throat and then after he checked it, he checked my ears and found a problem on my left ear. And honestly I had that problem since I was a teenager and he fixed it. It was unbelievable that I can hear clear with my left ear after 18 years. He took his time with me to fixed my problem, he didn’t rush or like do half of the work as other doctors.

I saw Dr prufer today for a second opinion not only was he knowledgeable but also picked up something else on my cat scan that the radiologist and another doctor didn’t see, it concerned him ,he gave me is opinion ,I trusted him ,now it will be taken care of, he was amazing easy to talk to, I have bad anxiety and he made me feel comfortable, I would definitely recommend him.
