“Professionalism a must”

The doctor was over half an hour late, walked in with subway in her hand and proceeded to eat in front of me while I continued to wait to be seen. It would have been nice for her to wash her hands, even to take the lettuce out from her teeth before talking to me, however as cheap as the visit was, I suppose most are happy with waiting and getting their narcotics early.
