I've been seeing Dr. Hirning for more than ten years and have felt incredibly lucky to have such a great general physician. She is down-to-earth, easy to talk to and willing to explain issues on many levels of comprehension, whether you want a general description, or a better knowledge of how the chemicals in a particular medication work (for example).
