I came in with a large tear in my L4/5, cervical spinal stenosis, damaged facet joints in my lower lumbar and pain in my knee. Although the procedure was a big one, the PRP (intradiscal), prolozone (knee), and prolotherapy (neck) went so well that I walked out of the office with almost no pain and for the first time in 10 years can twist my body. No pain whatsoever. Minor soreness but I am only 2 days out and truly amazed. As a side note, I was also being treated for SIBO and severe bloating in my stomach. All of that pain is gone. The nerves in my trunk were affecting the the stomach and so now my stomach pain is gone. Purely miraculous.

“Pain-free treatment of a chronic problem”

I greatly appreciate Dr. Tortland's pain-free treatment of the arthritis in my knee. I received my first gel injection after years of running had eroded much of my cartilage. While I was asking him about follow-up activities, he completed the injection without me being aware he had started! Even the "novocain pinch" he warned me about was unnoticeable. I look forward to being able to resume my running after the medication takes effect. This is a wonderful medication administered by expert hands.
