When my doctor left the practice I was transferred to her automatically. Upon notification, I contacted the office to see what the status of my appointment was with my original doctor. I was told I needed to rebook and it would be nearly 3 weeks. I explained that I was scheduled to see my original doctor much sooner to go over my medications and that I would run out before the 3-week date they gave me.
