More info: Patient portion is due at the time of service. A deposit may be required when scheduling an appointment. We accept all major credit cards, as well as Care Credit and Lending Club. Appointments that are missed or late-canceled are subject to a fee not to exceed $100. We will handle all dental claims creation, submission and collections to the best of our ability. All treatment plans are only and estimate and any portion of fees not paid by insurance may be the patient's responsibility.
