DO NOT UTILIZE THIS DOCTOR IF YOU SEEK PAIN RELIEF WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME! 7 weeks between referral and first appointment. Appointment cancelled by Doctor's staff THE MORNING OF!! Communication with staff and rescheduling a nightmare! A pain relief procedure was scheduled for Dec 2, 2011. Again cancelled - 2 days prior to appointment because hospital didn't take my insurance. Shouldn't someone have checked that during the 7 weeks of waiting?? No reply to my call to reschedule. D...
