Dr. Nagpal was very professional and thorough. My only suggestion for improvement would be that I would have liked to have received more detail on what to expect during my son's scheduled endoscopy.
We were very pleased overall with Dr.Nagpal, we scheduled a follow up appointment for our son, Joshua. He seems to do great with kids and we will continue to see him while he treats our son for stomach problems.

Dr. Nagpal has been so fantastic with me and my daughter. She is 4 years old and has been having issues since December of 2011. We went to a different specialist and he was horrible. He had no bedside manner, and he would never speak with me directly after our ONE meeting. Ever since switching to Dr. Nagpal, he has taken the time to explain thing clearly in a way I could understand and prescribe medication that my daughter is actually willing to take. He calls me after hours to follow up with her and see how she is doing. I have never seen a doctor go above and beyond the way he does. He is also very good with my daughter, and she is totally at ease whenever we go to see him. I'd recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.
