I started using Dr Rugwani 20 years ago and as of today I would never want to use a different doctor! Dr Rugwani is the best eye doctor in Ellis County. He takes time to explain the problem & the procedures he recommends. He is friendly & funny (especially in the operating room. He is serious about his job to help his patients but at the same time makes you feel very comfortable. I had 2 implant surgeries and from start to finish he was there! Very attentive, called to check on me the afternoon of surgery. I am so glad that I walked into his office that day. Three months after surgery I can see & drive without glasses now.
