I would have never imagined that Dr. Gayles would have been this good. I was in so much pain and wanted relief so bad, and Dr. Gayles took care of that. I never imagined that he could take away the pain I had, being that it was so severe and awful in between the shoulder blades and neck, under head, skull. My whole left side was severe pain. Chiropractors couldnt even take the pain away. I had trigger point injections and epidural in my neck and the pain is totally gone. 100%. Took about 5 months to heal. The staff amazing, fantastic. Hard to get into an appointment, but its so worth it. Sarah, Mary Kathryn, and Anita have been amazing in this process. So helpful ! Anita was #1, cannot forget her.

Never thought I would need a pain doctor... but I am happy I found Dr Gayles office. The staff is very helpful and goes out of their way to assist any way they can. “One of the best medical offices ever....”
Never thought I would need a pain doctor... but I am happy I found Dr Gayles office. The staff is very helpful and goes out of their way to assist any way they can. Dr Gayles doesn't give up on his patients. He tried everything he could to get rid of my back pain. I am now in no pain for the first time in years.

i was referred to Dr. Gayles by my Neurosurgeon at the Mayo Clinic. I needed injections in my cervical spine and Dr. Gayles did them for me. He & his staff have also provided excellent care for me after I had major spine surgery and continuing care for a chronic, painful, debilitating condition. He doesn't simply throw medication at patients. Instead, he offers multiple solutions including injections, diet, alternative treatments, etc. His calm and reassuring bedside manner along with his thorough assessment of my condition have helped me have a greatly improved quality of life!
