I saw Dr. Carroll on my third visit to the Manchester ER(All within three weeks). I had a severe cough that I could not get rid off. The first two times I visited the ER I saw the same P.A. who only spent about 30 seconds in the room and sent me on my way with the incorrect treatment. When I saw Dr. Carrol, I felt that he listened to me, took my complaints into consideration and that he cared.
