If you have a snoring problem, do not go to Dr Fulmer. My husband procedure has failed. Now we are responsible to pay 3000 dollars because our insurance did not want to pay for the procedure because it is too new. It did not work. His snoring got worse. And to make matters worse, if we take two years to pay it up with 26%interest, it more then doubles. Read carefully what you sign. He is only out to make money.
