Dr. Hancock seen my husband in the er after surgery because he was the dr on call instead of the Dr who performed my husbands surgery. He was very concerned. He wanted to do everything he could to help my husband. He called the Dr who did the surgery and was informed there was nothing that could be done. Dr Hancock went out of his way to meet us in his office parking lot the next morning to check on him and there after if need be.
