“Horrible doctor”
Dr.Izor wanted me to pay up front for Botox/Myoblock injections which would of cost me $3,0000, or more, and I have insurance that covers these injections. His response to this was that insurance reimbursements takes too long. Well too bad, Izor, then don't take insurance at all, just take cash from your patients. Also on my second visit with you,I heard your staff say you had no Myoblock on hand to administer to me, so that's why you said I was not in enough pain to get Myoblock injections, but...Original review on DoctorsDig.com
