I had surgery on my right foot by a traditional orthopedist in a hospital with a long painful scar and a plate and 4 screws in my foot. It was extremely painful and so barbaric that I swore I would never get my left foot operated on. I was referred to Dr. Kirell by a lady i met in Nordstrom who told me his puncture technique. No hospital, no general anesthesia, no big scar and no stitches or screws! I had my left bunion corrected and it was a totally different experience! Great surgeon!

During my consultation he thoroughly explained his technique to remove my bunions using special dental burrs and squeeze them out like spaghetti or a huge zit. The procedure was done while I was awake and he had no need to give me any stitches as the holes were too small for them. Just glad I found Dr. Kirell and didn’t go the traditional hospital route.
