“Thanks for nothing”
Everything was ok, so we thought, we knew that my daughter had a fracture finger so we went to see Dr. Kleinshans the specialist who charged us $600 to tell us that it was in fact a fracture finger and that there was nothing he could do because the finger would heal itself. we had an x-ray with us. he took another one just so he could charge us for his services. I think this is taking advantage of people. we are stuck paying a bill so high for a visit that was a total of 2 minutes long. I feel violated and ripped off of my money. I have 3 kids and medical bills piling up I cannot afford much, much less to support this doctor for his little to no service at ALL to us. he must do this on a regular basis because every time we called the office the people we spoke to said to write to him personally because he denied any correction to our bill. one clerk listed my story and tried to help, by saying that I was overcharged but the bill was already sent to my insurance and that is something that is hard to correct one it is sent. so thank you all for nothing and just taking $600 away from me and my family.
