Wow - I wish I had thought to come out and read some of the other reviews I've read over the past couple years on Russell B eis. This guy is a paranoid QUACK! I came across this page while doing another search for someone else. Russell Beis has hads his license revoked for several years for prescribing unjustifiable amounts of barbituates to his own wife! The staff where he works laugh at him and his pathetic ways. Disrespects women and anyone of any color besides his own. I am WHITE, btw. ...
