I came to Dr Couvillion for an explant/lift. After two other consultations that recommended one surgery for the explant/lift, Dr Couvillion approached my case with much more precaution. Since I had 800cc implants, he suggested I break my surgery into two parts because of the risk of skin retraction (since I had such big implants). I came to Dr Couvillion for an explant/lift. After two other consultations that recommended one surgery for the explant/lift, Dr Couvillion approached my case with much more precaution.
