Dr. Shultz can't be trusted to work with the patient to form an agreed upon surgical plan and then her stick to it. She performed a bilateral prophylactic nipple/skin sparing mastectomy on my wife and may have cost her one of her nipples. She changed the surgical plan at every meeting we had. She even came in to mark the incision lines while they were sedating my wife and the incision marks were more aggressive and risky than we had agreed to .
