Scott is a great doctor. Very empathetic. Always gives thorough explanations and answers any questions that you have and addresses concerns. He is empathetic and always listens. Very friendly. After having visited two other highly regarded podiatrists neither of whom were focused or honest our Dentist referred me to Dr. Lurie. Whether or not my modest but tricky bone and toe issue is solved or simply lessened I will be glad that I ended up under his care. It showed me that there are too many medical professionals out there in this area who are only treating you to advance their own public agendas etc. I am from a medical family and finally felt I was in the care of a real doctor.

After living with chronic foot pain for decades, I met with Dr Lurie who diagnosed my problem and took the time to explain it to me in detail. I came in for a corn that ended up being a wart. I was mortified as I can't stand anything contagious. Plus wart was HUGE! Dr Lurie was so calm about it and explained everything to me perfectly, he also gave me a realistic time frame of how long it would take so I knew what was ahead. I continued his course of treatment to a tee, and even before planned it was gone. He is an excellent doctor not only for how well he cured my problem but because he kept me calm every second. TY Doctor!

Dr. Lurie has been my podiatrist for more than 30 years. He's seen me through tendinitis, sprained ankles, a fractured heelbone, stubborn corns and occasional infections and has resolved all with good explanations, effective treatments and a sense of humor. Highest recommendation.

Like many women, over the years I destroyed my feet with high heels...didn't even really know I was doing it until it was done. I came to Dr. Lurie with so many painful symptoms. I couldn't walk comfortably with any kind of shoe. With skilled treatment for neuropathies, prescription orthotics, plantar fasciitis exercises and nail management, Dr. Lurie has helped me avoid surgery. It's now nearly 30 years with his help. This was my first visit to Dr. Lurie. It was a very professional and friendly visit. The entire experience, from the initial phone call to make the appointment, to the appointment itself could not have been easier or more professional. At the office, the staff greeted me very politely and with a friendly manner. There was little wait time until I saw Dr. Lurie. He was also very professional, thorough, and friendly. He listened to me carefully, answered all my questions honestly. Very impressive.

Dr. Lurie is the best Dr. ever. I have had terrible foot pain for almost two years. I have seen so many other doctors, and have tried everything. He mentioned "the shot" to me, and I panicked and was filled with anxiety... He told me it was really not a big deal and not to worry... I felt so much better and agreed to do it. After he did it, I didn't even know it was done -- I didn't feel any pain at all! Just a tiny pinch, which I thought was the freeze spray! I can't believe I waited this long, and I am so happy he patiently, carefully, and kindly convinced me to do it. He is also really funny, and that helps a lot! Dr. Lurie is just the best Dr. ever - - in every way...

I had an ingrown toenail procedure with Dr. Lurie. I was very nervous about the procedure, expecting there to be a lot of pain with the anesthesia injections. Dr. Lurie was very understanding and explained the steps before he did them. He also kept my mind off the procedure with jokes and pleasant conversation. Overall it was a much better experience than I expected. Will return to Dr. Lurie for future podiatry needs.
