I was seen by Dr. McManus 10/8/10 in the ER at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Smithfield, NC for a severe panic attack. I told the staff I had had a small amount of alcohol that night (I am not a frequent drinker; this was the only time I had had alcohol of any kind in months), and then later I had issues at my home and verbal abuse that set off my panic attack.
